This analysis allows us to see and understand the individual effects of ageing, sunlight and other lifestyle and environmental factors on the skin and provides a platform for each treatment plan.

We will discuss in detail each patient’s medical history, general health and well-being, lifestyle, diet and genetic history, plus any other concerns that may influence the skin’s condition and overall health. We may ask you to complete some essential paperwork or answer initial questions online, to help us focus more accurately on your treatment objectives at our first meeting.

From the information gathered, we then develop your initial treatment recommendations and, because everyone’s skin is different, no two treatment plans are ever the same. We may include individual treatments, treatment combinations and the use of high quality, medical grade skin care products to help optimise and aid skin management and the longevity of results.

All aspects of your plan will be discussed thoroughly with you and you will have time to go away and reflect on our recommendations, prior to your first treatment taking place. Your consent will always be requested for every treatment that we recommend.

When you visit us for any treatment, the process will be explained again and any concerns you may have can be discussed in full. All treatments take place in the comfort of our chic and calming treatment rooms, with delicious refreshments available both before and after. We will advise carefully on any aftercare that you may need and provide you with products for this as required.

Throughout your treatment journey we track, analyse and record your progress, adding, changing or tweaking treatment emphasis to help maximise your results.

Our clinic team are on hand at all times to answer your questions and reassure you over any concerns you may have.

We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time for all treatments. This ensures that our clinic schedule runs to time and that nobody is delayed.
